TEOSYAL GLOBAL ACTION 1ml
Teosyal Global Action is an injectable dermal filler made of 25mg/mL of cross-linked non-animal hyaluronic acid. The hyaluronic acid particles are extracted from a tightly regulated biofermentation process which underwent an extensive purification process. The resulting gel is a pyrogenic, transparent, colourless, biodegradable, and viscoelastic. Each box of this cosmetic filler comes with 2-1mL syringes preloaded with the gel, 4 single-use, sterilised 30G½” needles, patient record labels to ensure traceability, and a package insert. Store this fragile medical device between 2℃ to 25℃, away from direct sunlight and in a clean and dry room. This is a product of Teoxane, a Swiss cosmeceutical company.
WHAT АЩК TEOSYAL GLOBAL ACTION IS USED FOR?
Teosyal Global Action is formulated with 25mg/mL cross-linked hyaluronic acid to correct moderate wrinkles and creases of the face. Facial lines that respond well to this soft tissue filler include nasogenian folds and peribuccal and glabellar lines. Following treatment, the skin appears smoother, firmer and younger-looking.
HOW DOES TEOSYAL GLOBAL ACTION WORK?
Skin is composed of numerous cells and tissues. Some very important cells are collagen fibres and hyaluronic acid. Collagen is a type of structural protein that provides strong skin scaffold. A lot of collagen fibres are densely intertwined with each other so that skin is firm and supple to touch. Besides that, another equally vital cell is hyaluronic acid. This carbohydrate continuously hydrates the collagen fibres. Adequate hydration ensures that the structure of the skin is more resistant to premature wear and tear. Hyaluronic acid also maintains skin hydration at an optimal level. Inevitable intrinsic ageing slows down regular cell maintenance resulting in premature ageing signs like fine lines and a loss of radiance. To make matters worse, extrinsic ageing factors (e.g. smoking, pollution, harsh weathers, inadequate skincare routine, etc.) introduce toxic free radicals into the body. Hence, ageing signs are exacerbated into more pronounced wrinkles and creases.
Teosyal Global Action is made of reticulated hyaluronic acid that is extremely viscoelastic. Once administered, the filler gel instantly attracts moisture to temporarily lift and support the skin. Since the filler gel is cross-linked, it is able to endure various facial expressions without disintegrating too quickly. As well, the integration of lidocaine helps to reduce discomfort during the procedure. Facial creases are immediately corrected for a youthful and smooth-looking visage.
HOW TO INJECT TEOSYAL GLOBAL ACTION?
Teosyal Global Action is administered intradermally just like any other soft tissue filler. Most importantly, this medical device must only be handled by certified and experienced medical practitioners who are familiar with dermal filler injection techniques. The patient’s medical records must be carefully reviewed to ensure their suitability to receive hyaluronic acid filler injections. Also, you should conduct a facial assessment and discuss the best treatment goals. Since this is a medical procedure, an aseptic procedure must be followed to reduce risks of infections. Start the session by first, cleaning and disinfecting the proposed areas of treatments. Assemble the medical device by attaching the provided needle onto the prefilled syringe. Administer the filler via mid-dermis injections using a linear threading technique until the desired correction is achieved. Do not inject the filler too deep nor too close to the skin surface as it could cause undesirable effects like inadequate plumping actions or irregular correction. As this filler contains lidocaine, a fast-acting anaesthetic, discomfort is diminished during the treatment. Discard any leftover filler material and massage the treated regions for better gel integration with facial contours.
HOW LONG DOES THE INJECTION LAST?
Teosyal Global Action is renowned for its durable performance. On average, the results of a single treatment session could last for as long as 18 months, after which the completely biodegradable gel will be metabolised into the nearby tissues. This residence time is influenced by the patient’s age, skin condition, and lifestyle.
IS TEOSYAL GLOBAL ACTION SAFE?
Teosyal Global Action is a safe injectable gel that is purified to be apyrogenic to reduce the risks of immunogenic or inflammatory responses. However, this aesthetic filler is unsuitable to be used in certain groups of people.
