Stylage HydroMax is a cosmetic implant used for biorevitalization to improve skin elasticity and hydration. Manufactured by Vivacy Laboratories, this incredible filler is made of 12.5mg/ml cross-linked hyaluronic acid with the added benefit of sorbitol. This gel is sold in a sterilized prefilled syringe, 2 single-use 30G ½” sterile needle, a product information leaflet, and set of labels for traceability purposes. Store Stylage HydroMax in a dry, cool environment (2–25℃).

WHAT IS IT USED FOR?

Stylage HydroMax is an effective cosmetic solution for intensely dehydrated skin. Skin that has lost its suppleness and elasticity due to aging or external factors (e.g. poor diet, smoking, pollution, and extended exposure to sunlight) can be rejuvenated using this treatment. Some areas of the body that respond exceptionally well are the face, neck, neckline, and hands. This type of procedure is known as biorevitalization where natural substances (hyaluronic acid) help revitalize dull, dry skin.

HOW DOES THIS DERMAL FILLER WORK?

Injectable skin treatments have been studied and tested for many years, and hyaluronic acid was found to be one of the safest and most effective ingredients to use for skin hydration and rejuvenation. Vivacy Laboratories, a reputable French pharmaceutical company, specially designed Stylage HydroMax to restore skin hydration for a fresher, younger look. The hyaluronic acid is processed using patented IPN-Like Technology, which allows the gel to be effectively cross-linked. Furthermore, this technology also matches the density of the filler gel to the target tissues, giving the gel the ability to assimilate to the surrounding tissues. In addition to the viscoelastic and durable hyaluronic acid, sorbitol is also added for its moisturizing properties. Sorbitol is a type of sugar alcohol found in fruits and vegetables. Its addition to the Stylage HydroMax formula helps to fight toxic free radicals, as well as to retain moisture due to its hygroscopic nature. Sorbitol also prevents the gel from being degraded too quickly. So, your patients will enjoy supple and well-hydrated skin for a considerably longer period of time.

HOW TO INJECT?

Discuss your patient’s medical history and the expected results of the treatment prior to the procedure. Bring the product to room temperature if it has been stored in a refrigerator. Apply or inject an anesthetic if needed. Inject into the dermoepidermal junction, mid to deep dermis, or superficial dermis. Use the linear threading technique, point by point technique, or a combination for the best results. Do not attempt to administer this filler unless you are a trained medical professional. After the injection, massage the area to distribute the filler evenly. Do not overcorrect.

After the procedure, it is not recommended to apply cold to the treatment area.

HOW LONG DOES THIS FACIAL FILLER LAST?

The effects of Stylage HydroMax can be visible immediately, although the full result will be visible after the treatment area has fully healed. These effects can last between 2 to 4 months. Maintenance treatment sessions every 2 to 3 months can be done to preserve a youthful glow. It is not recommended to exceed 20ml per patient per year.

IS THIS PRODUCT SAFE?

Vivacy Laboratories ensures to take the step needed to ensure all of their fillers are safe and effective. Stylage HydroMax is sterilized using moist heat autoclaving. Furthermore, hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring sugar in the human body. As this hyaluronic acid dermal filler is not from animal origin, allergic reactions are extremely rare. Even still, Stylage HydroMax should not be used for:

Pregnant mothers and lactating women;

Children;

People a hypersensitivity to any of the filler’s components;

People with inflamed skin (e.g. herpes, rashes, acne);
