PLURYAL VOLUME 1ml
Meant to reduce signs of aging, sun exposure, smoking, pollution, and environmental irritants, Pluryal Volume is a highly elastic cosmetic filler made of sodium hyaluronate. Generally, this injectable solution is used to restore volume to different areas of the face, nose, and hands.
WHAT IS PLURYAL VOLUME?
Pluryal Volume known as hyaluronic acid, sodium hyaluronate adds volume to the skin by binding with its natural moisture. With this, it reduces the appearance of deep wrinkles, giving the skin a more smooth, youthful appearance. The hyaluronic acid found in Pluryal Volume is also cross-linked, giving it the ability to last longer in the skin before it breaks down.
Before administering this filler, it is not necessary to perform a skin test: this formula contains non-animal hyaluronic acid, which is sourced from Streptococcus bacteria. This offers a safer treatment to patients, as well as increased tolerance.
Pluryal Volume is a product of Croma-Pharma, and is distributed by Luxembourg-based MD Skin Solutions, making it a truly effective, trustworthy treatment option for practitioners and patients alike. This is because Croma is an industry leader in the development of cosmetic products, especially those involving regenerative skincare procedures.
All packages of Pluryal Volume contain 2-1mL prefilled syringes, 2 sterile 27G½” needles, traceability labels, and a packaging insert. This face filler should be stored away from temperatures higher than 25°C, temperatures lower than 2°C, and light.
WHAT IS IT USED FOR?
Plastic surgeons and dermatologists use Pluryal Volume to restore youthful volume to various parts of the face and the backs of the hands. Use this cosmetic filler to restore volume lost during the aging process, correct deep wrinkles, and add shape to the lips or cheeks, reshape the nose, or sculpt the jaw and chin.
HOW DOES THIS DERMAL FILLER WORK?
The hyaluronic acid found in Pluryal Volume binds to moisture in the skin, helping to hydrate and volumize the features. This is due to hyaluronic acid’s innate ability to fuse with up to 1,000 times its weight in water, restoring volume at the cellular level.
Additionally, Pluryal Volume makes use of a unique technology, known as the P.R.E.M.I.U.M. Design Concept. Each product containing this formulation is made with only non-animal, purified hyaluronic acid, as well as BDDE, which allow for greater patient tolerance and increased elasticity. With its consistent, uniform structure, this dermal filler provides instantaneous, natural-looking results, without causing irritation or overcorrection.
Pluryal Volume also makes use of a unique, ergonomic syringe design. Each one features short glass syringes, a standardized injection strength, and comfortable grips, making it easier for practitioners to manoeuvre.
HOW TO INJECT?
Only properly trained, authorized medical practitioners should administer Pluryal Volume—this will ensure optimal results and patient safety. Having a proper understanding of injection techniques and facial anatomy is also a must.
Prior to injection, the injection site should be properly sterilized with an antiseptic solution. Additionally, before using the syringe, each practitioner should gently push down on the rod of the needle until a droplet of gel appears at the tip of the needle.
Please note that injection techniques may vary based on the treatment site, practitioner preference, and the amount of gel being used. Additionally, this cosmetic filler should never be injected into inflamed, diseased, or infected skin, or into areas that already contain filler. Intravenous injection should also be avoided—this could lead to embolization, infarction, or ischemia.
Post-injection, ensure that all imperfections have been fully adjusted, and that the treated area has been massaged thoroughly to ensure the binding of the solution to the surrounding tissue. If “blanching” occurs, massage the whitened area until blood flow is normalized and colour returns.
Once the treatment is complete, advise the patient to avoid extreme temperatures and sunlight for one week, as this may affect the results. If pain is experienced after injection, acetaminophen may be administered, or ice may be briefly applied to reduce inflammation.
HOW LONG DOES THIS FACE FILLER LAST?
The effects of Pluryal Volume have been shown to last for at least a year. As such, patients should be advised to return for further treatment every 12 to 16 months.
Treatments themselves last between fifteen and thirty minutes. After this, patients are free to return to their normal schedule.
IS THIS PRODUCT SAFE?
Although Pluryal Volume has been determined to be safe for patient use, some individuals should not undergo this treatment. Those who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or underage may not receive these injections. Additionally, patients who are hypersensitive or allergic to hyaluronic acid, or are prone to hypertrophic scarring, or those who have epilepsy, porphyria, or autoimmune disease should not use this filler.
Please note that anyone with an active skin pathology, lesion, or inflammation is unsuitable for this treatment. Pluryal Volume should not be used in conjunction with other skin surface treatments, including dermabrasion, laser treatment, and chemical peels.
Moreover, when improper injection techniques are used, Pluryal Volume may potentially cause temporary vision loss or blindness, or a weak filling effect. As such, it should not be injected into the crow's feet, eyelids, or eye area.

WHAT IS IT MADE OF?
Pluryal Volume is a hyaluronic acid-based filler. This naturally produced substance is found in the skin, tissue, and joints, and is used by the body to hydrate and lubricate its cells.
As the human body ages, it loses its natural levels of hyaluronic acid, leading to a general loss of elasticity, smoothness, and hydration. Only hyaluronic acid fillers have been shown to effectively restore this natural compound, adding volume, radiance, and youth back into the skin.
